VE Hospitality Group Celebrates 25 Years of Miami Spice with Nine Restaurant Concepts Across Miami

As a corporate partner of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, VE Hospitality Group reinforces the belief that true value is measured by experience, quality, and discovery.

MIAMI, FL — July, 2026 — As the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau celebrates the 25th anniversary of Miami Spice Restaurant Months, VE Hospitality Group proudly joins this milestone season with nine participating restaurant concepts, reaffirming its commitment as a longtime corporate partner of the GMCVB and one of South Florida’s leading hospitality groups.

From August 1 through September 30, guests will discover a diverse collection of culinary experiences spanning Miami Beach and Brickell, where every concept offers its own interpretation of value—one that extends far beyond price.

While this year’s Miami Spice menus reflect a modest pricing adjustment across the program, VE Hospitality Group believes the true value of Miami Spice has never been about the cost of the meal. It lies in the opportunity to discover new restaurants, experience celebrated chefs, explore neighborhoods, and enjoy thoughtfully curated menus that showcase each concept’s identity and culinary craftsmanship.

For twenty-five years, Miami Spice has encouraged both locals and visitors to explore Greater Miami through food,” said Matias Pesce, co-owner & CEO of VE Hospitality Group. “As a corporate partner of the GMCVB, we’re proud to celebrate this milestone by offering experiences that deliver value in every sense—from exceptional ingredients and hospitality to atmosphere, creativity, and memorable moments around the table. Value is much more than a price point; it’s the complete experience our guests take home.”

This year, VE Hospitality Group participates with restaurants throughout Miami Beach and Brickell, including Barsecco, Café Americano, Donatella, Havana 1957, Marabú, News Café, Oh! Mexico, Paperfish Sushi, & Salty Flame, each showcasing menus designed specifically for Miami Spice.
