VE Hospitality Group Featured in FSR Magazine for Miami Spice’s 25th Anniversary
VE Hospitality Group is joining the 25th anniversary of Miami Spice Restaurant Months with nine of its restaurant concepts across Miami Beach and Brickell. The initiative, one of South Florida’s most anticipated culinary traditions, runs from August 1 through September 30 and invites both residents and visitors to explore curated prix-fixe menus built around creativity, hospitality, and standout dining experiences.
FSR Magazine reported on VE Hospitality Group’s participation in this year’s Miami Spice season. The coverage detailed the company’s nine participating restaurants and the new menu items each has developed for the occasion.
For VE Hospitality Group, the appeal of the Miami Spice season goes beyond price. The company sees the annual event as a chance for diners to discover new restaurants, meet acclaimed chefs, and experience the character of Miami’s neighborhoods through food. Matias Pesce, Co-owner and CEO of VE Hospitality Group, told FSR Magazine that “the milestone anniversary is a moment to highlight what has made Miami Spice a tradition for a quarter century: hospitality, quality ingredients, and memorable moments at the table.”
Nine Restaurants, Nine Exclusive Menus for Miami Spice 2026
This year, nine VE Hospitality Group restaurants are taking part in Miami Spice: Barsecco, Café Americano, Donatella, Havana 1957, Marabú, News Café, Oh! Mexico, Paperfish Sushi, and Salty Flame. Each concept has developed an exclusive menu for the occasion, giving diners reasons to explore some of Miami’s most talked-about restaurants during Miami Spice 2026.
News Café, one of South Beach’s dining destinations, is introducing Miami Spice brunch seven days a week for the first time, making it easier to enjoy the seasonal menu any day of the week. At Havana 1957, guests can find new dishes crafted for the occasion, including Fish Ceviche, Guacamole and Pork Masitas, a Salmon Bowl, and Cuban Tiramisú. Marabú is bringing its live-fire cooking to Miami Spice with exclusive creations such as a new Arroz con Pollo a la Chorrera, developed specifically for the season. Oh! Mexico continues its nearly three-decade tradition in South Beach with authentic, made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine.

From Italian Comfort to Fire-Driven Steakhouse Fare
Rounding out the lineup, Donatella brings Southern Italy to the table with handcrafted pastas and coastal Mediterranean flavors, while Paperfish Sushi celebrates its fifth anniversary alongside Miami Spice, pairing Japanese precision with Peruvian flair. Barsecco offers an all-day social atmosphere for gathering with friends, Café Americano serves elevated comfort food for a break between errands or a casual catch-up, and Salty Flame showcases fire-driven, modern steakhouse cooking with unexpected flavor combinations.
Every participating restaurant will display the official 25 Years of Miami Spice anniversary identity throughout the promotion, a visual nod to the program’s role in Miami’s culinary calendar. VE Hospitality Group is encouraging both locals and out-of-town visitors to take advantage of the two month window to explore Miami Spice menus across its portfolio.
