Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Celebrates Grand Opening in Miami Beach.
Miami Beach, FL – On May 21, 2025, the Nakash Group and Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group officially debuted their latest venture, Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, with a glamorous grand opening celebration at the historic Wallace Tutt-designed property located at 1350 Collins Avenue.
More than 200 guests gathered for an exclusive event to experience the transformation of the 1922 Mediterranean Revival-style building into a luxurious boutique hotel and modern Italian dining destination. The evening featured live entertainment, curated cocktails, and passed hors d’oeuvres inspired by the restaurant’s Coastal Southern Italian menu, created by Executive Chef Alessandro Morrone.
Guests enjoyed signature bites such as Amalfi Limone with Osetra Caviar, Rigatoni Nduja, Tuna Tartare, and Grilled Octopus, reflective of Morrone’s Napoli roots and passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Special appearances were made by Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner, Commissioner David Suarez, Commissioner Kristen Rosen-Gonzalez, alongside with co-owners from Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group Jamil Dib & Matias Pesce, who welcomed attendees and shared remarks about the vision behind Donatella.
The Donatella Boutique Hotel features six exquisitely designed suites, a private dining room, and exclusive guest amenities including beach access, butler service, wellness offerings, and partner pool access. The Donatella restaurant, already being hailed as one of Miami’s most exciting new dining destinations, seats up to 170 and offers a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
